The website WhatIfAI (the “Service”) is a project owned and operated by ARSHANTI, LLC, a California limited liability company. Throughout these Terms, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ARSHANTI, LLC. By using this Service, you agree that all legal relations are exclusively between you and the LLC.

What If AI...? (“the game”) is operated by ARSHANTI, LLC under the Fultu brand. By playing the game or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

What If AI...? is a fictional, AI-powered life simulator for entertainment purposes only.

• All generated content — scenarios, consequences, T-Shirt Lines, life stories — is fictional and created by AI. It does not reflect real events, real people, or real outcomes.
• The game is not intended to provide life advice, career guidance, relationship counselling, financial advice, or any professional service.
• Any resemblance to real events, people, or outcomes is coincidental. Seriously — the AI made it up.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. By using the game, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have parental permission to make any purchases.

• When you share your result (create a public “life” page), you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the platform. You can request deletion at any time.
• You may not use the game to generate or share content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We have content filters in place, but if you find a way around them — don't.
• Shared AI life stories are public by design. Do not include personal information you don't want publicly visible.

• Optional digital purchases (HD cards, peek tokens, rewind tokens) are processed by Stripe. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for digital purchases unless required by applicable law.
• Physical merchandise (T-shirts, mugs, etc.) is fulfilled by a print-on-demand third party (Printful). Orders are subject to Printful's own policies for production, shipping, and returns. We are not responsible for shipping delays or fulfilment issues outside our control.
• Prices are displayed in USD and may change. Tax may be added at checkout depending on your location.

• Story content is generated via Anthropic and/or OpenRouter. We apply content filters, but AI can occasionally produce unexpected results. If you encounter inappropriate content, please report it to [email protected].
• We do not claim intellectual property ownership over AI-generated story content. You are free to share your results, print them on merchandise, and post them on social media.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARSHANTI, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the game — including, but not limited to, loss of data or profits.

The game is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, error-free operation, or that AI-generated content will always be appropriate or accurate.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the game in bulk
• Use the game to harass, defame, or target real individuals
• Circumvent rate limits or abuse the AI generation endpoints
• Resell, sublicence, or commercially exploit generated content at scale without our permission

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, where ARSHANTI, LLC is organized. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
