Privacy Policy

• Game choices — the options you pick during gameplay (e.g. “career”, “teen”). Used to generate your story and improve the game.
• Anonymous session ID — a random UUID stored in your browser so the game can resume across page refreshes. Not linked to your identity.
• Email address (optional) — only if you choose to sign up after completing a game. Used to let you access your past results. We never send marketing email without explicit opt-in.
• Usage data — which screens you visit, how long sessions last, which hooks are popular. This is aggregate and anonymous. Collected via PostHog (self-hosted or cloud, depending on deployment).

• Real names, addresses, or phone numbers
• Payment card details (handled entirely by Stripe — we never see your card)
• Device identifiers beyond what your browser provides

We use the following services to run the game:

• Supabase — database and authentication. Game sessions and choices are stored here. Hosted on AWS (us-east-1 or eu-west-1 depending on your region). Supabase Privacy Policy

• Stripe — payment processing for optional purchases. We pass your session ID and product type to create a payment intent. Card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. Stripe Privacy Policy
• Fal.ai — generates illustrations for Life Cards. Scene descriptions from your game are sent to produce images.

We do not sell your data to any third party. Ever.

• Anonymous game sessions are retained for 90 days and then deleted.
• Shared results (public “life” pages) are retained indefinitely unless you request deletion.
• If you sign up with an email, your account data is retained until you delete it.

You can request deletion of any data associated with your anonymous ID or email address by contacting us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

We use a single session cookie set by Supabase for authentication. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. The PostHog analytics cookie is set only after page load and does not track you across other websites.

This game is suitable for players aged 13 and up. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal data, contact us at [email protected].

We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will note the date of the last update at the top of this page. Continued use of the game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
